Beyond the Written Pages

 Assalamu Alaikum.

While this blog holds many of my written reflections, some thoughts are better spoken aloud, and some books deserve to be heard before they are read.

If you prefer to listen, watch, or simply spend a little time reflecting alongside me, I invite you to visit these corners of my YouTube channel.

🌙 Reflections on Islam

Sometimes a concept in Islam stops me in my tracks.

Sometimes an ayah lingers in my mind long after I have closed the Qur'an.

Sometimes a story, a hadith, or a question unsettles me enough that I cannot simply move on without understanding it more deeply.

These reflections are born from those moments.

I pause. I research. I read what our scholars have said. I sit with the question; and then I share the journey of that reflection.

These videos are not scholarly lectures, nor are they attempts to provide definitive answers. Rather, they are invitations to slow down in a world that rushes past everything.

To stop. To think. To observe. To wonder. To reflect.

Perhaps one of these reflections will echo a question that has quietly lived in your own heart.

📚 The Islamic Library

Books have always felt like companions on the journey of seeking knowledge.

In this series, I share my humble thoughts on the Islamic books I read, not as a critic or a scholar, but simply as a fellow reader.

For each book, I offer:

• My personal reflections and humble opinion,

• A reading of the book's synopsis,

• Its introduction,

• And the first chapter.

My hope is to give you a sense of the author's voice, the themes of the work, and the flavour of its literature, allowing you to decide whether this is a book you would like to invite into your own life and studies.

Perhaps you will discover a book that challenges you. Perhaps one that comforts you. Perhaps one that changes the direction of your thinking entirely. And perhaps, through these pages and recordings, we may help revive a love for reading and seeking knowledge within ourselves and within our Ummah, one book at a time.

An Invitation

Whether you choose to stay among the written reflections of this blog or venture into these spoken spaces, I pray that you find something beneficial.

A question worth pondering.

A book worth opening.

A reminder worth carrying.

A Name of Allah worth holding close.

Thank you for spending a little of your time here.

May Allah make it beneficial, forgive its shortcomings, and accept whatever good comes from it for His sake alone.
