(7) So whoever does
an atom's weight1 of good will see it, (8) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil
will see it.
(Surah Al Zalzala 7-8)

Dear Reader,
Dear Reader... What could be more reassuring? Even the smallest act, even if it seems insignificant, is seen by Allah and has eternal value. Every prayer, every moment spent in reflection, even when your heart is not fully engaged, is seen and appreciated. Your consistency then becomes a declaration of loyalty, declaring: “Ya Allah, even when my heart wavers, I still come to You.” This is also what ṣabr is all about: patient perseverance in devotion in its purest form, faith that moves forward, no matter what, even when emotions lag behind.
The figure of the Prophet ﷺ himself stands tall and upright in the face of trials. Revelation weighs heavily on his shoulders; he bears the burden of the absence of his loved ones while hostility weaves nets around him, and yet again, the burden of guidance rests solely on him. Yet, night finds him standing and active, for his prostrations follow one after another and his vigils persist and go on and on. His constancy springs from deep devotion, and his example teaches us this: Those who value fidelity to action define a sacred rhythm, a routine, as we would say today, and when the heart bends, perseverance nourishes your soul and lifts you up. Presence before Allah can take the form of a repeated step, one more step, courageous and stubborn. It walks for us, stubbornly, against the weariness of the world. In the evening, our prayer refreshes us like clear water after a day of bright sunshine. Every gesture and every duʿāʾ offered out of devotion and not out of habit takes on more and more meaning and value. Gratitude rises at the threshold of sleep, counting Allah's gifts even in the midst of trials. Your whisper of "Astaghfirullah" allows you to send waves of light into the invisible: "I ask Allah for forgiveness." The beauty of showing oneself and one's constancy is born and lives in the most sincere simplicity. A small act, repeated and sustained, weighs more than a public display. And then again, when you turn to Allah, you give birth to a perseverance and constancy that has been sculpted by love while you secretly build a work that the eyes do not see but the soul knows. But... You show it through constancy and action. Each return to prayer reaffirms the fact that Allah sees you, welcomes you, and brings you closer.
