Gates of Jannah (Paradise)
I wanted to
share some knowledge with you, perhaps you know it and perhaps not.
But I wanted
this to be a pause in your day to show you Allah's mercy, and that He, the
Greatest and Most Merciful, has decreed 8 gates of Jannah (Heaven) for us to
enter from. He provides us with opportunities to please Him and gain His favors
in so many ways. Alhamdulellah!
May Allah
deem us among those worthy of His Jannah, and may He take us within His Mercy
and grant us this favor based on His Mercy and not our deeds. May He grant us
the favor of meeting Him and looking into His glorious light (noor). Allahuma
Ameen.
How many
gates are there? -> Jannah has 8 gates.
The Prophet
Muhammad ﷺ
said:
“Whoever
spends two things in the way of Allah will be called from the gates of
Paradise…”— reported by Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim
